Thought of making this the 1st ef vector to be submitted but... scampi beat me to it! she did an excellent job though. cheers scampi
Anyway, image was from one of the magazine scans that I'd found here with Miya Miya in it. Had a hard timr trying to figure out the outline seperating the two.
Here's what I think of the vector. It was by far the easiest ever. Except that it took a while to create the background. Borrowed the idea from the OP and ED for the series and couple of other images.
Anyway... As always I'm not be able to thank all the MT users personally for downloading and setting this as their favourite for I frequently go out to sea. I apologise and you guys have my sincere gratitude.

Haha, I was thinking about holding it off my vector, so I can fix it more. Funny how we both choose the same character to vector X3. Anyways, you did an excellent job on the lines and the colors. At least you put a background on yours, mine is just plain ^_^
