Scan: Chp 57 of the sekirei manga... a monochrome scan... :S
Programs: Illustrator (vector and bg), Photoshop (only efx's and text).
Most difficult part: the eyes that have to fit with the damn apron!, and imagine a good bg when you didn't have an idea
(after and before doing the vector).
