Not 100% sure, but I think I know from what series this girl is ... ya'. I think this is from Yoake Mae Yori Ruri Iro Na
(Crescent Love) and the caracter is Princess Feena Fam Earthlight (when she was a child).
Not sure as I said before, but the studio must be August since this is practicaly their stile and I saw little to no
works made by any other studio then them.
