Love the colours you used, and the glows make it look more magical. Though her feet look weird, but the concept you put here is really nice.
Cute composition & design, but more than anything... what amazing colours! They really are out of this world!
The character reminds me of Rika from Higurashi no Naku Koro ni when I first saw this. Probably the blue hair. :p I agree with saikusa, the colors are a really nice touch to an already awesome piece. Keep it up!
