Here's a wallpaper i recently completed. First i chose a night theme background for the girl. Spent a good couple of hours. Polishing the background. Added in the cloudy effects along with the stars, and various lighting filters, and a little bit of smoke in for the mix. I then adjusted the colors for the background, and played around with the lighting level. So it can blend in with the girl.
Then i used a few filters to clean and smoothen her up, and finally added in the diffuse glow effect, and i combine it with the smart blur filter to give an impression of a dreamy wallpaper look.
There were some issues with the outer glow on the girl that made her stand out to much. Thanks to Chloe-chan's helpful input. That issue has been fixed now.
I'm please with the end results, and i hope you all enjoy.
