4 days of my break have already passed and i just finished 3 vectors 
i have
5 more days so im gonna be vectoring all day long 
back to the business...
this vector is dedicated to my little MT sis S A K I - C
H A N she made a cute wallie for me a while ago so this is my gift
for her in return 
its called "music of the wings" because it looks like belldandy is
listening to the music and it comes from thousands of wings in the background
i never liked the art from megemi sama, but T H I S scan was just so
beautiful that i couldnt resist vectoring it }:D
and then i went to APA and found a few gorgeous megami sama scans so theres more
to come >:D
plus i didnt have the elite gallery for !4! submissions in a row and that kinda disturbed me so i decided
to do something complicated

You know I never understand vertoring. I'm still figuring out what the heck you did to it. When I checked up on the scan (courtesy link from you), I can't see a strong difference. I'm sorry but what did you do? The scan and this vector look strongly alike.

I was thinking if there is something new highlighted today, and yeah, I found one.
Perfect choice of scan to be vectored, very bright colour scheme which I think makes this stand out. Great use of thin and bold lines, plus subtle textures, that absolutely turned the scan into such professional-looking vector. Nice work, and of course, congrats on the highlight. I didn't full view it when I first saw it coz I'm not a fan of "aa! megami sama" so only now I see all the details! it's a very nice and neat vector! and the soft pattern adds a really nice touch to it!
