ohh I love fluffy clouds, they seem so relaxing...I really dont know what to say about the finally outcome since there's this huge cloud background and this girl with some guns in the middle of the sky XD , but I definitely recommend you to take out the "Black Lagoon" text, it doesnt work at all.

All clouds looks great but I think the blue on sky is sooo blue XD! Maybe you should fill or add more white and soft blue colors.
