Started this vector on October 6 and finally finished it on October 31. It would have been finished sooner if I hadn't gotten tired of vectoring shortly after starting it.
Used the scan from link. I
also used a scan from an artbook called Suzumiya Haruhi no Yuutsu - Hanken Genga
Shuu (posted at link) which
made the darker sections of the skirt much easier to vector. 
Update: Replaced blurry version with a non-blurry version.

I always wanted to vector this but after looking at it I got way too discouraged by all the details, so props for actually putting up with it! I think I would have preferred it if this one was all outlined in black, but it's still a job very well done. Nice work!

Really nice vector, but the blurriness on the eyes and some other parts bother me for a vector.
But overall, the lines and colouring are very well done!

Yeah I was gonna say the same thing as Devilet, your vector is supremely awesome but I dont like how the eyes seem painted where everything else is vectored.

Ok, just saw your updated version of this and I must say I am now 100% jealous that I didn't do this vector myself xD
Nice work, very clean and the colors aren't bleached out much at all (roses are a bit darker). The original item this came from is a puzzle which my friend found for me, is pretty to look at but sadly puzzle (1000 pieces) was a lot easier than I'd hoped for.
