Shana among an apocaliptical escenary, sorrounded by magic simbols, fire and
lights! I liked so much this anime that I decided to make two more wallpapers by
now using Shana (I already made one about Yuuji) ^_^ meanwhile I'm experimenting
with some options of Photoshop. Here is the first one.
I vectored Shana from 2 images, one of them was: http://img211.imageshack.us/img211/1943/shana2redimensionarxm4.jpg
The only different thing is that I tried to make some effects around the sword
(where Shana is going to take it) in order to make try to make it seems more
magic...
The background was basically taken from: female character by
leo1983
I only had to clean it from that female character and edit it, replace the skyes
using a cloud brush (that i don't remember where I downloaded)
The fuzetsu is something I alreday have made a time ago. Personally, I really
liked the depth sensation i achieved using the fuzetsus (the magic blue simbols)
and given them perspective and all that stuff. ^_^

i like the vector u did. The background with the cities pops out too much with the outline of it. Maybe u could blend it into the background a bit?

nice background too with the scenery of rocks though those lightnings are a bit off or is it just the color..i would prefer if you make it blue like the color of fuzetsu
Seconding this.
The vector has sharp edges that don't blend with the bg, this is particularly noticeable on her hair, which looks a bit serrated. Taken on their own however, both the bg and vector are fantastic.

How would you recommend me to blend de outline of the Shana's hair with the background? Using the blur tool and passing it around the edges?!?

The background n effects are cool n all..
even the vector of shana is nice..
but the problem is that her legs seem funny like it doesn't fit with the background? o.o... maybe becos there wasn't enough shadow down there?
but really its nice... xD it got me attracted to it..

I like the design, but I find that there just a bit to much fire around shana, that it takes away from it.
I like it a lot, but the color scheme of it is kind of...distracting. And the abstract stuff are also distracting.
