The hair and shading in this one is much better! Quality work is what we're looking for! I like the eye most of all, expressions are good. The shadings are rough though, very sudden. Too many random dark then random light tones. I understand what you're tryna achieve with that but where's all the mid tones? You need more tones gradually getting darker or lighter.
