for some and other reasons, I was quite on fire when finishing this wallpaper. not much of a story though, but I think that's just the way it was. this time, it's featuring Yotsuba of the Sister Princess series... wait, it's Yotsuba, isn't it? I'm not really sure, but I thought it's her. CMIIW. ;)
the idea was about a running-in-the-city scene, and so I ended up adjusting the perspective of the background material to match into the foreground. some other adjustments involving clouds, lightings, and blendings were also done, and finally there goes this wallpaper for submission.
