well... my vecctor #21
made just because im depressed for a few reasons
1. i almost finished my EXTRA HARD clamp vector, which was hardly tagged and
cropped, and then *someone* posted the untagged, uncropped scan and everything i
did was in vain 
2. im currently working on a EXTRA-HARD painting project, and the day before
yesterday i was painitng it for like 2 hours and then something happened and
painter closed itself so i didnt save the changes. it really killed me
3. school and other stuffz....
yesterday i just decided to make a LLLLLLLLLLLLLuvely vector and i went to my
anime collection and saw this gorgeous sakura scan [comes from APA] and i
immediately thought of vectoring it
was a pleasure making it, i calmed down so tomorrow i think ill continue working
on my currnet projects

Even though I'm not a fan of Sakura your vector is really good and CLAMP=LOVE

PS: I think u should post thar extra-hard-clamp-vector u said u were making if u finished it. even if there is the scan here the vector is better than a scan in most of the times

I've seen this scan vectored before by someone else, but I love this version!
Though I would've loved it more if it were relatively complete... There's a scan with her entire dress here on Minitokyo, if I remember correctly.
Anyway, I like how you used the textures, it makes Sakura look a bit "ancient" and classical.

Her face is a bit strange, and I feel it would look neater without the texture, but everything else is neatly done! Great job~

I like the addition of the texture, it adds just the right amount of
subtle detail.
Minor nitpick - Sakura's eyes are emerald green, not blue. ^_^

WOW, so beautiful! Everything looks great! The outlines and colours are good, and I like the added touch of texture! Her face does look odd but I know that that's from the original scan. And like AngelKate said, her eyes are green. But otherwise this is yet another amazing work from you. Tres bien!
And I agree with Arya-san; even if a better scan was posted you can still post your vector!

But it look like she's drunk. I think just fine-tuning it a bit would change the expression to something more relaxed and thoughtful, which I think you were looking for?

in the scan they made Sakura's face so different I mean. >:(
I truly love this and the different colours for the wings and ribbons because they add a nice touch especially the texture.

Hrmmm...green...Usually it's best to choose a background color based on either the hair or the clothing. This gives you best results. But good job on the vector!
