I am back with a new wallie.
As always, I am browse through the internet to find new ideas.
Since I have seen this sweet cat girl. I also know the artist, but to me is not covered the name. I already consider the whole day, but I do not know him anymore. Perhaps you know the artist.
On the scan was the cute fish. So was the idea of an underwater world to design not very far away. It's not as easy as I imagined. You always remember how complicated it is, even if it has made.
The title was not very difficult, because the girl looks very eagerly.

What! At first I thought she was seating next to an aquarium or something but then I saw the cute goldfish swimming round her head. Its like a dream. XD I love it!

Very pretty work! :) Yet, I wonder if she's staring up form beneath the water or staring at an aquarim (just like drastihate said). I think it would be much better if her appearance looked a bit darker (gloomier) to put emphasis on depths of water, and the light from the surface. Yet it's very very interesting and beautiful work. :) Well done! :D
