I like the wallpaper, I think the color scheme is very appropriate.
However, those outlines bug me >_> I don't know of any other method than the Pen Tool -but that doesn't mean there
isn't-, but I suggest using as few anchor points as you can.
Second, maybe you should have blended Usagi more into the background. She looks a bit like a cardboard cutout XD
Nonetheless, I like the wallpaper. Keep up the good job!

look at the ribbon u can see very unrefined edges . -_- The original bg for this scan was verrrrry different, stars, the
moon, the earth, rose petals = it sucked. :\ This version is much betterâ?¦
