Ok, keeping with my old wallies submissions. ^^
About this wallie here ~desu:
- This is my first terrain done with Terragen with just sky and ocean cos water
renderize sooo slowly and in a more part of cases it crashes with my pc 
"
But this time it not happened and I could make a complete render with only sky
and water! /o/
- A pretty angel scan I found here and cleaned it a some time ago but just now I
find a good background for use it! ^^
- The rest of effects were done with photoshop. I used it for final details
too.

Really beautiful wallpaper. The scan you used looks great on this background and the background looks amazing too. The horizon looks beautiful. Just the glow around her wings is a bit too much I think.
