It's very pretty, and her happiness has a genuine feel to it, but the glows dots look too systematically placed. What I think is the bottom of her dress appears as an orang blur, and I can't decdies if her hair is like that because of wind, or she's twirling. But she looks like she's standing still. But it is a nice wall, I'm just being picky.

If you're going to tweak with it a little bit, I suggest either cooling down the source scans tones or warming up the bg tones. Otherwise I like the colors you used.

at first i thought it was only a scan but its not though i much preffered if you vector the scan not the bg.. though the bg is nice and simple + the texture is nice too. as for the there are parts which are a bit sleazy or rigid extractions most of part is her hair + those glowy thingies are too many maybe try reducing them

It's really a nice perspective of this wallpaper from above. Though the sparkles they seems all big and the same. I'd suggest make big + small ones like 10 diameter - 1 diameter. Keep it up Kitten-chan!

to think I just download an entire Hcg of the whole Alice Parade game.... this is different.
My dissapointment with this one is actually the snow, no matter how I look at it, it is too symmetrical. The background is good, needs some shadowing for a more 3D feel to it, now she looks floating like.
