i like how you did on the scan you vector it right? well i like it! though there are some parts which are bit sleazy as abul-sama said . the bg is nice becoz of those feathers love those feathers very much though maybe they are bit too much as for the moon maybe try to resize it becoz its way too big and it ruined the view on the tress and for the trees m...maybe try to blurry them a bit becoz you can see the ridges of it. But overall nice vector + those feathers!

I think you should join . Its really nice and your first time doing outlines is really good. though the lower parts are alright, but the highger parts like her hair seems quite messed up or maybe jaggy.

The change of colors just to fit the scenery was a very nice idea and I think it turned out well. Though the background seems quite odd, but hte feathers glow is really lovely. ^^ though I don't think it should concentrate too much at that areas. Anyways well done.
