This, people, is what happens when you put your poor foxie-woxy outside without an umbrella. Just look how wet he is! Don't you feel sorry for him?!
...seriously, to me, it looks like his hair is wet and he's not happy about it. I think that this image only occurs on this rare card; I may be wrong, though.
