wow! i've just love this! XD one of my fav. colors are green and black! and i like its combination! :D
great job on that! + the extraction of the scan is great too! the one that i really like is those cool looking swrily stuffs around the girl! XD XD where did you get that?! i need it! OX! anyways as for the background i like those stuffs around the scan though i guess those 2 stars at the right/left corners are necessary :) i prefer if you removed those 2 stars and stick to the center. but overall great job! +Fav! ;) -
thank you both for your comments and zaira ill be working on an update without the stars so i hope i will turn out to your liking and btw the swirls are from deviantart some photoshop brushes which gave the name to this wallpapaer the brushes are called art of war so i got the name for the wallie there hehe!

i would suggest removing the stars and perhaps reducing the amount of guns there and detailing in greater detail the barrel(s) of the guns remaining. also, i would try to incorporate the blue/red/yellow of her uniform onto the bg.
otherwise the bg shapes etc look fine.
