I like this character so much, so as the quote I put into this wallpaper :
"Haruga kite... zutto haru dattara ii no ni..."
It can be translated, like this : ""(I wish) spring comes... it would be nice if it's spring forever..."
So, she looks happy in the snow, but she's only waiting inside, for summer to come ;)
Please tell me if it's pretty enough :p
I cut the character, did the background and all the stuff you can see by myself, so, I don't know it it's good

Pretty enough? Um.....yea sure.
Truthfully, i think that the effects don't make it look winter...-ish. The background is nice but it doesn't seem to give the winter feeling that well because it doesn't look like winter.
Thats probably just me.
Anyway, it's still good. Nice job. -
