Ack the thumbnail looks a pain 
Hello! ^_^
Presenting my newest wallpaper! ^_^
Wow i really loved working in this, it gave me a lot of work but I'm really
happy with the result ^_^
The wallpaper was totally painted/vectored by me, it was difficult because the
scan was so so little and the quality was Scan
The boring part was the outline and the hair but, i loved to make the
background, the girl's skin color and her swimsuit 
The sea was a bit difficult to make, first i grabbed some pictures of the sea
and paste it on the background, then i picked the smudge tool and started to
make the sea, i don't know if looks good because i don't know how to use the
smudge tool very well 
I made some parts of the sea more brighter because when it reaches the cost they
are "little" and have the sand color as you can see in this picture it was a pain making
that effect because some parts looked ruined because of the brightness, so i
spent sometime fixing it 
The seashell was made by OrpheusTheBard 
i
wanted to put one but i couldn't make it, so he said that he would do it for me,

Hello Lummy-chan! I believe this is one of your best wallpapers ever. The vector is very well done, neat and clean, especially considering the quality (or rather, the lack of quality) of the original scan. And you sure chose an adorable picture to vector; she's really cute! The background fits the image wonderfully, and you did a good job at painting it.

problem about the shell; I personally thought it looked weird, but you managed
to cover it up a bit, and make it look slightly better

the colours are well chosen and i like the way the background flows with the character

I must admit too that the outlines are perfectly flowy here.
Though I find it quite odd well about the hair with so much highlights at that
area especially the scan showing that. 
The
different perspective was way better than the scan you had. >: D
Last is the painting is wonderful and it really looks smooth.
