When I first saw the scan I used in this, I thought it was was beautiful, and truly represented the coming month of October. And so with that, the name came to me. "Octobris" Latin for October. I had to spice it up. Hehe.
This wall wasn't as easy as it seems. 
; I basically had to "almost" redo the whole sky, and paint in
unseen bits up at the top and to the left a ways (once right.) And extended that
wall.
It took me forever! @_@
I also vectored in some little birdies and redid the rest of the that pole and
used the copy stamp thingy to cheat in some more of those reeds there behind the
wall. 
I also redid her shadow, and added to it so you could see her hair silhouetted against the wall. I'm very pleased with my overall results. o_o

I mean I really love the lighting effects here plus the girls looks
happy yet isolated. Good job and I think you should do painting a little more.

been wanting a nice fall wall, and this will definetely work (although I'm not a
fan of the panty-showing thing but that's okay). Wonderful job, keep it up!

yes, the background and the colors are excellent. i felt in love with the girl's hair. some leaves are really cool, but others seems to me like a fake. the shades are strange, but maybe you have two points of illumination...
anyway, great and beautiful work.
