Reita looks lovely, and there's a lot of atmosphere to the background. The graffitti brushes don't do anything for it, and he's not integrated into the background, but other than that it shows a lot of potential.
Artist Comment
This is my first wallpaper, after two weeks of school.
I'm new with the band the GazettE, but I love their music, style and lyrics. My
favorite is Reita, the bass guitarist. I like his haircut, I don't understand why he's covering his cute nose and I love
the way he dances in videos.
The wallpaper was pretty easy to do. My biggest problem was cutting up the picture. I had to deal with his hair and
every little part of it. I pretty much enjoyed doing it since all the time I had Reita's face staring at me. I used the
smudge quite a lot on him.
The graffiti on the wall are:
1st 'Kill me gently' - Burial Applicant
2nd 'God, are you ready?' - Silly God Disco
3rd 'Destructive music, yeah!' - Anti pop
I wanted to make the room like like an abandoned class room, or an abandoned place anyway, I think I got it pretty
right... You gotta admit the graffiti makes a wallpaper both funky and lonely, depending on the colors.

oh, i know this cutie..... unfortunately, their music doesn't do much for me.... or maybe i just didn't find sumth i like..... anyhao.... it's a very nice wallpaper. i luv the colors and the pic u used (looks good enough to eat and the mak-up is amazing).

well, I never did a wallpaper of a real person (except one that is vectored) but I think I wouldn't have enough patience to extract the hair...
and u extracted the scan very nice. :)
the bg is nice too.
but somehow it looks as if he's not blending too well into the bg...dunno why o_0
anyway, overall it's a really nice wall. :)keep it up! ^^

Funny, when I saw the thumbnail for this wallpaper I thought the scan was Cher from Wolf's Rain lol. Nothing wrong with a good old-fashioned grunge wallpaper. Nice work!
