Despite the jagged lines, I'd say this is still a good vector. You picked a nice screencap to vector on. Hmm... The color is quite umm... light around the characters. And the tears look kinda funny.

oh shit, I'll fix up the tears. And what jagged lines? if it's the unsmoothness of the lines then it's cause of the program I'm using... I cant get the better programs cause it'd be too much for this crappy computer to handle
