I used pencil manually and try to make it into colour by using photoshop... But I still in progress, so please give me a critics.. Doumo...

I think it looks good

like your use of gradients and tones - it really helps the image to stand out.
The black/grey hair person though... it looks a little odd compared to the
others (though perhaps that fading effect was what you were going for).
keep it up! I'm sorry I couldn't offer much more than that, but I'm just new to vectoring as well
