This is Konata Izumi from Lucky Star. It was time I decided to do this. This was off a drawing that was unfinished for a while, and then, I decided, it must be done. And here it is.
Marker on paper, retouched and enhanced. Originally this had the familiar angel wings, but it didn't turn out right, so I ditched them this time.
