Well, it's a good vector, but there's room to improve.
First of all, it's small. If you want this to be used in wallpapers, you have to make it bigger.
Second, I suggest you add an outline to Suginitou's hands. The colors are too light and they seem to melt within the
background.

maybe you would want to have a dark outline colour instead?
and like pandemonium said. its small.
there are a number of colour leakages, mostly in the hair and etc.
work on it and you'll get better :D -
