The character is based on one of my friend's little fantasy.
It's almost like fanart in a way...Enjoy~

Beautiful use of soft colors and the blending is awesome! Excellent job!
this is so beautiful work ~ really like the dreamy like atmosphere and painting like looking colouring, just makes the work look absolutely gorgeous ! character is really handsome looking, especially like the eyes and hair ~ eyes are somehow mysterious which is emphasized by the strike like pupil and the hair is tied nicely which with the clothing gives really asian like touch for him. background is nicely simple like but it brings the character nicely out to be seen and makes you focus on him. the way you made the some of the sakura branches blurry gives nicely sense of depth and that way makes the drawing more deep. colouring is simple awesome ~ love it really much. especially like the bluish tones you used on the hair and the pink which brings the dreamyness out so well. also like the lighting on the character's face, brings in mind sunrise
colouring is really smooth and different tones are blending so well with each
other. soft shading also brings nice add for the colouring theme. simply amazing
work ~ keep up doing and thank you for sharing !
Hum, sometimes one does wonder why some drawings get so many comments and others are being submitted, unnoticed but by a few...
Anyway, gotta love this one, great painting, the colors are wonderful, and your shading is pretty good too. I love the soft pastel tones. The character is well drawn, and i like the 'out of focus' effect you used on the sakura branches !
Thumbs up and fav
