Sorry I don't remember the magazine I scanned it from, it was a long time ago. Couldn't think of a decent title so I used theirs.
Though I know the characters name is Eclair, I've only seen 1 episode at the moment.

I think this was in Anime Insider. Either that or Animerica (I have some copies of both but am not sure where they are right now) but since Wikipedia says of Anime Insider "A trademark feature in Wizard Entertainment publications, word bubbles are added to printed pictures" it is most likely that one.

Yes, it was anime insider, I got it like in 2004 or 2005. I remember well that in the same magazine there was a cast for an evangelion (i dont know if was an ova, a movie or a new season) in which Daniel Radcliffe roled for Shinji Ikari, Hilary duff for Azuka, zHugo Weaving for Gendlo. Anyway, in the kiddy grade part there was a section that criticized kiddy grade due for some clothing designs.
