WHA?! 2 credits to post an Indy Art? LOL, I remember the days it was only about .10 credits or something like that. Duh, because I had submitted my first vector. >3
Well, I hadn't done a soft-shade in a long time, so it's high time I'd vector a Shakugan no Shana vector. This is not the one I wanted to vector, but it's close enough to what I was looking for; shades of different gradients and a long-ass time to make. :p
I was skimming through the scans in AP one day when I find this scan. Looked easy, right? Wrong. So wrong wrong wrong.
It was easier than those other soft-shade vectors out there, but gradients were
let loose like wildfire trying to blend everything together. To be honest,
nothing in this vector was easy. Okay, maybe for the skin. It only had three
shades. 
Tell me what you think, and I've pretty much given up on the circle backdrops. I'm gonna try something new. <3

You did a great job on it, it must've been a bit of a challange, since it
doesn't look easy. And I like this picture of Shana. Great job!
Nice vector as usual, although in my opinion, the shades look a tad flat compared to the lines. Maybe you need to put more layers of shades.

Realyl love the soft shading though I kind of agree with gaara-no-shukaku. Maybe it just needed some highlights and shadows that's all.
Yeah, the background that's been use repetative times can be boring, but I like how your is distinguish since you use spots, but different colours for each vector. =)
