finally, the thing that took away part of my youth...
for celestial luminesse contest, purokon,
wich now I found to be a very cruel contest, I was submitting this like 8 hours
ago when I went to check out how was the name of my theme color and it turned
out that I had my wall all wrong cuz for the secondary theme (wich is this one,
contest and project) I had blue instead of green, so after the huge "are
you freaking kidding me" moment is now fixed.
the thanks for the scan goes to kawaii chicken since in one of her walls she worked with this cool picture of (for me) this unknown artist with awesome images, where I got This one, lovely uh?
the simplicity of my obsesion,
well that comes from a very odd thing that happens when I'm walling, I seem to
love all kinds of nail colors and usually I end up putting really random ones in
the characters of my walls, colors that I wouldnt ever use in my own nails, but
that I feel hugely attracted to, and yeah it's such a simple detail, a small
piece of color in one tiny finger, for me however it's not only the nail, is
more like... the nail shares it's color with the finger and so the finger with
the arm and so it does the rest until...well it becomes the everything, such a
great simple detail
in other random worlds the girl is just having a wonderful tea in a wonderful
nails party.

Love the colors, and the vectoring is neatly done, as always. Even if this is "typical" for you, it's still awesome!
ooh nice use of colours, I like the tints of colour on her skin and tips of her fingers ^^ and I like how you blended the colours for the spilled nail polish (mmm I love nail polish, though I'd never wear purple or green though, just reds and pinks and yellows, maybe blue
)
ahaha aww, you can't remember the secondary colours? hmm, some parts still look somewhat blue to me (on my screen anyway), like the lids of some of the nail polish and that one bottle on the left side that was cut off at the end and that one bottle to the right side.
Oh yeah, it looks a bit odd that she has a shadow thingy on the table, but the bottles don't (so that they look like they're floating there instead of sitting on the table =\

All I really have to say is it seriously doesn't look like the original (hooray for creativity and originality), which all the more makes it more captivating. Oh you should vector more of them scans, with your amazing-ness, they would come out awesome :3

... though one would faint from the strong dissolvant smell of the nail paint

Anyway, really nice job on painting this, the colors are really soft. The scan is really well blended in the wall too (i think i much prefer your walled version than the simple scan !).
