good work with these lines, but the colors are kinda weird. for my likes lack two blue's tones and the red isnt the precise!

Better than your Lulu vector, I have to say. Improving much. However, as what uesugi had said, red is too flashy for the blue hair- softer colors would do, or perhaps you may put a more matching background if you insist upon red. And remember to add shadow tones for her hair. ^^
