Simple vector, it took about 1.5 hours. The most annoying part was the lips due to it being a gradient mesh. I admit that tool is one of my weak points, but I wouldn't know any other way of making such complex blends.
The title was the first thing to come to mind since I've been playing the Stranglehold game recently. It's completely unrelated, but awesome none the less.
