I think that your work on the female form is perfectly fine! It kind of reminds me of Tohru Fujisawa's way of drawing females. example

Aside from the obvious talent you have with your medium (ink?), great job on giving each character their own style and personality. (Love the girls' outfits!) The guys look good too, but I think you went a tad overboard with the wrinkles on their shirts/jackets. Also, excellent job on the background. I could totally see this doujinshi as the cover for their first album. Keep up the great work!

i think in future "LIGHT ROAD "'s characters will have new look . your skill surely increase though the year .

Whoa, that's some awesome detail you've got here, the background is incredible ! The characters all have a unique look, and i think the females are quite nicely drawn.
One thing though, the guy on the right (the one sitting), his face is a bit weird (or maybe it's just me)... .
