im sorta getting the hang of this...
but coloring is really hard =/
are there any tutourials on coloring for Photoshop Cs2 =?

Not bad for your second go! I've just started to learn to vector myself - ah and it's a pain isn't it when you're using a program that not many other people use...
Anyways, I think I would have put more contrast in Kira's hair and perhaps add some shading under his fringe on his face. Otherwise good job - keep at it :D
