You do have quite a flare for flames indeed! This is fabulous. Kinda remind me of a demented Harry Potter. What mediums did you use?

Hum, your flames are really well drawn. Great coloring and details (i love the phoenix head or whatever it is of the spear he's holding). I love his expression too, it's really 'weird', like he's possessed !
Maybe the close-up on his face is a bit blurry, don't know if it's because of the scanner...Thumbs up :D

I find your version a lot better than the original! This should appear on a book cover.
