This wallie is dedicated to my TWIN Jeannine, yeah yeah, my twin, even
though she's a girl and 2 weeks younger than me lol.
she is my first friend here, my best web-friend and actualy a best friend
including my real life friends

supports me all the time, in any situation, and i know that i can trust all my
secrets to her. damn, i'm so sensitive that i started crying lol but these are
tears of happiness that i finally found a person i feel totally comfortable with

i will only sa that i made it of this poor
quality scan so it's not as great as my previous vectors so sorry 
oh and the flowers are also vectored but i thought that they're the list
important thing so i blurred them and made an accent on the vector itself

Ooh, she looks so pretty in this one. The vector is so smooth and neat.
But I think the blurring on the flowers is a bit of overkill, and you can still see through them a little bit. I think they would look better if they were vectored, then flattened and blurred only slightly instead of brushed. (At least, I think that's what you did. I could be wrong...)

It's alright, I know backgrounds are difficult especially most of it would have to be done by scratch which even I lack.
Your
vector is smooth and the nice blur for the flowers really give such a focus like
I said on the main picture.
Now that I tihnk about I'm qutie surprised that Usagi has her own wall without sharing like the rest of the ones I saw.

Nice vector again, still not liking the blurred flowers though. Are you going to do one with Haruka and Michiru?
