Lovely doujin dothaithanh! It's got kind of a watercolor aspect to it that is very pleasing to the eyes. It kind of reminds me of the cover artwork on the Nausicaa manga...
The
only thing I'm not terribly fond of is her barrett. The placing of it is
somewhat awkward since it is directly above her eye. I would have had it more to
the side, maybe midway between her eye and ear. But overall great work! Keep it
up! 
Nice sketchy feeling for a change, and really smooth colors too (a bit like pastels i would say). I love your shading.
