Hello Everyone! *huggles* :D
This is for the Celestial-Luminese wall contest. --> MORE INFO ON IT <-- and if not a member don't forget to join lol :P hehe sorries for the advertisements lol.
Back to the wallie. Well I picked the - sam/pinkprincesslacus: dark pink, light pink, hot pink...just PINK! theme, yet I wasn't allowed to do anything; lacus. love. valentines. cuteness. like in it b/c it's the rules.
So I tried making a wall for heartbreak, but it didn't suit me well. So I remembered this new scan --> found here submitted by Lady-Lotus thankies a bunch! ^-^. I then just played with hues and got what I wanted then let my imagination go with MY FAVORITE COLOR! All painted with mouse on Photoshop CS2 using; smudge, brush, and some blur tools. Took two days straight to do it.
I wanted to portay a theme in this wallie, like she wants to fly away yet can't. While at the same time the wind is in her face, all she wants to do us fly like all the other birds and windmills around her that are free. Yet she can't and just wants to fly away.
Many thanks to my sister Elizabeth aka thingperson for her opinions, and my favorite Knight Chibbi aka DemiAlucard for his HELP and keeping me happy and company.
I love this wall, I've never done it all pink before but I almost got sick of pink after this but nahhh I LIVE FOR PINK lol XD. I hope its okay. I worked super hard on it. I haven't had time to do anything fun since school started. I'm a transfer student semester with 6 classes >.< I'm being killed here with work HELP lol :P.

I must admit it's very nice especially when the face was cropped perfectly. :o I think the painting of the seagulss was wonderfully well done. :x
Though I think that the clouds we're quite odd. :/
Glad you submitted the wallpaper first for the contest so it helps others to get the idea of the contest. Oh and good luck in the contest! ;)

aww....I really like the pinkness of this picture. it's so pretty! I really like what you did with the sky. the shades are just perfect. very nice imagination! so well done.

WOAH! That's a lot of pink! xD I usually like a softer, more powdery shade of pink, but this is nice, too.
It's a great mouse painting, but the hair and hands still bother me a bit.
I really love the feathers and seagulls, though.6 classes? Try taking 16 with a 9 hour school day and then extra classes after school. ^^v
