Vectored in Inkscape over a three week period using a scan found at link. The text was done in GIMP with the clouds taken from a few pictures I took in 2005.

Very nice! :) The outlines are perfectly straight and neatly done. :o Though the eyes we're too blurry. I'd suggest that you put the blur into %50 instead. ;)
