I'm sure that's Milly. The guy I don't reconize him being either Lelouch or Suzaku. I think it's that new character that was shown at the end of epi. 25.. or maybe, it's Rivalz. I dunno *faints*

The guy is Suzaku. Milly's trying to see Suzaku reaction to see her like that.. but dissapointed coz she got no reaction at all. Suzaku already immune with female naked body (or half naked in this case).. remember the island scene? Yeah.. Kallen is TOTALLY naked, but Suzaku doesn't even blink his eyes X-P
