Because KAMINA is spelled with ALL-CAPS required by LAW, KAMINA is THE EPITOME OF MANLINESS AND THE SAVIOR OF THE UNIVERSE CAUSE HE USED HIS PLASTIC SHOVEL TO DIG THROUGH THE HEAVENS.

So basically, this wall is a tribute to Kamina, but also a trolling attempt for Gurren Lagann. Check the other wallpaper for details down below under alternate versions.
The concept is based on WHIRLWIND STYLE KAMINA, the fabric like colorful thing behind him is a depiction of "Seven Colored Wind" which idea was taken from a known artist, while the splatter to give the sense of energy coming from him. The energy is also represented by the way there is a glow coming from him.
I also made this wallpaper cause I was watching GL and then I visited 4chan:
