i'm pretty sure the top kanji is mizu/water?
and the bottom one... looks familliar but doesn't come to mind.
anyway, striking style, the eyes and disheveled hair really captures the naughty mood :)

:DI drew this while wating in a goverment office (long story) but I think it came out alright.
The scan that gave me the idea for this was extremely naughty so I had to decrease the
ecchi factor.
I did this in two hours then Paint shop Pro for another two hours to get BG kanji and signature.
Done in sharpie and colored pencils (it took all my strength not to watercolor it!)
I would say what the kanji means but I'll leav it to you to find that out (I'll tell if you ask).
Anyway, its been some time since I drew anything so I hope you like it ;)

The bg is so sunny! X-P Yet again, another great doujin KOKUJINDESU. I always like the eyes on your girls... the shading is so well done! I also think you did a good job on her hair. There are a couple of places where the pencil line could be a little smoother (nose, chin shadow) and the bottom kanji looks slightly pixelated. But overall, good work! Keep it up! :D
