I think this looks kinda like peter pan.
Dilandau as Hook, Van as Peter and Hitomi as Tinker Bell, because come on! Why on earth does she have those pinky shiny look-at-me wings?! XDDDDDDDD -

Odd yet perfectly apt! But I think Hitomi is more like Wendy than Tinker Bell. And I'd like to see it with the Zaibach Dragonslayers as the Lost Boys...

I think its the follow-up picture to the "in studio"-pic where the cast films the movie" Escaflowne- Over the sky" with Hitomi as the regiseur.
That or it is just a PeterPan homage-pic.
