A friend of mine did this form me a few years back. He works as a professional artist in the American comic industry, but also has a love of anime so like to draw a lot of various characters. The source material for this image came from a cover of a doujinshi I have. In the past he's done a lot of other great Ruri drawings for me, but this one was by far the best work I've seen of his. The level of detail is amazing, with the shading and highlights I've only see this caliber of work in a pair of watercolor paintings I've got done by Matsubara Hidenori and Kawamoto Toshihiro (I'd scan and post those image but they're framed at the moment).
