Image source is some image board from a while ago...
Okay, first off, after extracting the image from the original scan, I added some horizontal lines so it didn't look like she was floating in some odd pose. I added designs into the lines to add onto the feeling of the Xenosaga universe.
For the background, I use another flower filter. This time to elude to a scene from Xeno ep. III. I know that's strange, seeing how the scan is of KOS-MOS' second form, but whatever. I finished off the background with various-sized stars using colors extracted from the image used.
I chose the term "Xenopathic" because I am a huge Xenosaga fan - almost bordering on "insane fan". Insane individuals are sometimes call psychopaths, so I combined the 'Xeno' from Xenosaga and 'pathic' from psychopathic to get my term.
And last but not least, the latin phrase "Errare Humanum est" translates to "To erre is human."
