Hi!
Here I come with Lelouch! When I saw this scan I could't help myself so I ended up doing a wallpaper!
hahaha...
Almost all the effects were done with pen tool. And all in all it took me about 2-3 hours....
Nothing very special but I like it and I hope u're going to like it too!
