Reinforce.... Or chibi rein to be more exact. I'm guessing that this is a fan art. Found the original picture on forums.animesuki. Anyway, the colour in the orginal picture's rather bad so I had to make alot of changes. The vector's markedly darker and richer than the original picture. Oh... I purposely left out few details like the book she's carrying... I dont feel like having her hold the book.
Actually, I also wanted her to have the Velks symbols but apparently, the document's bit cocked up. Need to redo again.
Anyway, I thank to all those for favouring the vector and also the comments in advance.
