Okay.....I shall give this a try 
I made this wallpaper back when I was very obsessed with Spiral, and a very big AyumuXHiyono fan. I still am actually, though not quite as obsessed~ ^-^
The wallpaper was also somewhat inspired by the song "Tokyo Nights" by Utada Hikaru~ (It is a good song if you haven't heard it....but I digress~^^;)
Well.....the wallpaper has 50+ layers. But then again, that might just be because I like making a new layer for nearly everything, even if it's the most trivial detail.^^;
Actually, I used a lot of brushes in here. That's because at the time when I made this, I was celebrating the fact that I had a new computer; on my old computer for whatever reason, whenever I tried to use any type of brush/clone/eraser tool, my computer decided to restart itself and I'd lose whatever I was working on~ (it was very annoying....I'd also lose any newly saved gradients D:)
So I was ecstatic when I could safely use brushes on my new computer with it
restarting 
Which is why I sort of went all out on a brush-filled wallpaper~
Unfortunately, I don't remember which sites I download some of those
brushes^^;
But if your the owner of a brush you see here, please tell me and rest assured I
will credit you :]
