I like the effect of redish chakra siphering out from him but the small white text on his pants looks so wrong, try write it on blackest area on the bg and glowing redish like Tobi himself. Overall the bg is ok but could need some more vivid views if u ask me, like trees or even bluish mountains. Otherwise the character is shown nice and clear to stand out from the bg and that is not a bad thing as long as the bg is not to different in the figures style. Keep it up :D
